I’ve been grinding it out at Legacy’s studio this week working on the upcoming “Un.heard” project.  The concept is that the gospel is still unheard to so many people out there… for many reasons; many believers aren’t saying anything, some people are preaching a ‘different’ gospel, and many people aren’t speaking it in a language or way that truly connects with today’s culture.  True Christ-followers need to make Him famous and heard!  Not just through our vocals… but even more importantly through our actions and our lifestyles.  

Fittingly, the album will feature 12 tracks that I was featured on that were generally “Un.heard” as they were released on underground albums from 1998 - 2009 (one from each year).  There will also be 6 brand new tracks sprinkled in that feature Braille, Christafari, K-Drama, D-Maub, Brinson, Corey Hicks, Clok, Spec, Jerrell Johnson and G-86!  Production is by Tony Stone, Tru-Life (CM), DJ Lopez, Legacy, and Cliff Brown (formerly of Justice League).

The new project will be dropping in October 10/10/10 at the 10 year anniversary of Flavor Fest!  Stay tuned.  It will be available in all digital stores and physically here through urband.org - keep the project in your prayers as it’s in it’s final stages!
